What are the shipping options and fees?
We ship to selected countries via DHL Express. Listed below are the countries & their shipping rates. Do note that all prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
DHL Express introduced a temporary Emergency Situation Surcharge to ensure that they can provide reliable and high-quality delivery services for you given the impact of Covid-19 on the aviation industry. Please note that the Emergency Situation Surcharge is a temporary charge payable to DHL Express, which allows them to cover part of the operating cost increases and the necessary air network adjustments. DHL Express will continue to evaluate and adjust the Emergency Covid Fees as market conditions evolve for the duration of this emergency situation.

Will my parcel be charged customs & import taxes?
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs.
Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (recipient) & not the sender. IRVINS has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be as it varies widely from country to country nor do we have a price range estimate.
Why are you not shipping to my country?
Due to the local customs regulations in some countries, we are only able to extend deliveries to certain countries. However, we are constantly trying to keep ourselves updated should there be a change in the regulations.
Can I edit or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
Edits and cancellations are not allowed after order confirmation as per stated in our terms & conditions under Section 3b (Order).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you place your order, it’ll process within 2-3 business days. From there we’ll ship it out and send you your tracking number once it’s out the door. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I track my package?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. You may need to give the tracking number 24 hours to update after you receive it.
Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
No. All orders, once submitted, are final. If your delivery fails on the first attempt, DHL will contact the recipient & you would have to update them accordingly.
What currency is my order charged in?
All international orders are charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Thus, the reflected amount upon checkout would then be converted to your bank's foreign exchange rate to the currency of your country.
How long should I wait for my order?
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to ship out your order.
If you opt for DHL Express as your shipping method, you ought to receive your order 7 - 12 working days after, subject to the designated country's custom clearance.
If you opt for DHL Economy as your shipping method, please expect that your parcel will take slightly longer than 14 days. However, the delivery is subjected to your designated country's custom clearance and local delivery service provider.
Do you include carriers/plastic bags in the international orders?
We do not provide carriers/plastic bags. All orders come packed in a box. There are only snacks in the box. No fillers for the box are given as well.
DHL Express: What if I would want to order more than 20 pouches/bulk via international shipping?
Our largest order volume at the moment is 20 small pouches via express shipping. If you require more, do place multiple orders in as you are not able to place more than 1 box for each order. 1 order is capped to 1 box. Also, do note that with each order placed, delivery fees apply accordingly. For large-scale orders (by container load), please contact us at email@example.com.
DHL Economy: Why is DHL Economy not available for shipping to my country?
If you do not see DHL Economy as a shipping option to your country, it means that we are still working on introducing this shipping method to your country. As this requires us to understand the local customs and shipping regulations, it may require some time for us to implement it.
DHL Economy: It’s been awhile since I’ve ordered via DHL Economy. Is it lost in transit?
If you opt for DHL Economy as your shipping method, please expect that your parcel will take slightly longer than 14 days. The parcel will be handed over to your local courier upon reaching your designated shipping country if you selected DHL Economy.
However, the delivery is also subjected to your designated country’s custom clearance and your local delivery service provider’s discretion as they will be providing the last mile delivery.
We currently offer two sizes for our IRVINS snacks. We have a large bag which is 230 grams (8.10 ounces), and a small bag that is 105 grams (3.7 ounces).
What is the shelf life of IRVINS snacks?
The shelf life for our snacks ranges from 4-12 months. We recommend you consume IRVINS snacks within 1 week after opening. Always reseal the pouch tightly and store in a cool dry place.
Why are some snacks not available?
If the product listing shows “Out of stock”, this means that we are working hard to replenish that product as soon as possible, as there is no available stock remaining in our storage facilities.
If the product listing is non-existent, this could be because of: 1. Shelf life requirements we set before we allow a product to go international 2. Distribution restrictions we have for that particular territory If in doubt, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is Salted Egg?
Salted egg is the main ingredient in our premium homestyle recipe. We use high quality salted duck egg yolk which is a Chinese speciality made by curing duck eggs in brine or salted charcoal.
What is “Hot Boom”?
Hot Boom refers to the spicy versions of our salted egg snacks. If you’re looking for a kick, try our Spicy Salted Egg Potato Chips, Spicy Salted Egg Fish Skin and Spicy Salted Egg Cassava Chips.
What makes IRVINS the original and best Salted Egg snack?
IRVINS Salted Egg snacks originated in Singapore from Irvins Live Seafood Restaurant back in 2008. Founder Irvin Gunawan quickly realized the popularity of the Dangerously Addictive snacks and began expanding across Singapore, and eventually overseas. Our salted egg snacks are formulated by expert chefs in Singapore, using the best ingredients such as real salted egg yolk, aromatic curry leaves, and vibrant chili peppers.
Do your snacks contain any known allergens?
Our snacks contain egg, milk, soy, wheat, and tree nuts. Snacks are produced in a factory where fish products are also handled.
Are your snacks gluten-free?
No. Our snacks contain wheat.
Are your snacks vegetarian or vegan?
No. Our snacks contain salted egg and milk.
Why does it seem like my chips are all broken/crushed?
If you’ll notice in our pictures, our chips are actually purposefully in those bits because we lovingly hand-mix our chips with real salted egg and other chef-crafted ingredients, then bake them right into the chip (as opposed to other brands who just "spray" a powdered flavoring onto the chip). This extra special care into flavoring our chips is what makes IRVINS so #DangerouslyAddictive. In fact, we even recommend you give your bag an extra good shake to properly distribute all the salted egg goodness before you dig in.

Our website is able to make your cart out process easier by autocompleting other address fields based on Address Line 1. Please make sure your address, filled either by you or autocomplete is complete and accurate.
Please also ensure that all contact details (ie. email address & phone number) for both shipper & recipient is valid & remain contactable throughout the delivery process.
What is your return/exchange policy?
