Each box holds a set number of units. A regular pouch is 1 unit and a larger pouch is 2. Every product shows how many units it uses, so you can see the space left at a glance.

Fill it up

One flat delivery fee covers the whole box, however full it is. Fill it with everything you love. Your cart keeps count of the units as you shop.

Prices and delivery are shown and charged in your local currency. The exact delivery fee is confirmed at checkout.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees set by your destination country. These are collected from the recipient, usually by the courier before or at delivery, and are not included in our delivery fee. Orders to Indonesia additionally require an NPWP tax ID, which we collect in the cart so your parcel is not held at customs.

How many snacks fit in a box?

Each box holds a set number of units: the Small Box holds 12, the Medium Box 13 to 22, and the Large Box 23 to 30. A regular pouch is 1 unit and larger pouches are 2 or more. Every product shows how many units it uses, and your cart keeps count as you shop.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is door to door by DHL Express, and the window depends on your country. Select your destination above for the exact estimate shown at checkout. Most orders arrive within 7 to 21 working days, subject to customs clearance.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Possibly. Import taxes, duties and fees are set by your destination country and are paid by the recipient, usually collected by the courier. They are not included in our delivery fee. Indonesia additionally requires an NPWP tax ID, which we collect in the cart.
