Terrible - did not get my order

Singapore post tracking said “recipient unavailable” but there was no advance mention or notification when it will be delivered. Then no update if it will be tedelivered or if possible to pick the package at a drop off point. There was zero communication - no text, no call, no update on tracking number. I did not expect this from a Singaporean company.
